Same Seriously Fun Diving, Temporary New Location!
WILLEMSTAD – Big things are happening at The Dive Bus, Curaçao! With construction of a new apartment complex in Marie Pampoen starting soon, it is time for us to pack up the dive gear, tanks and everything else that comes with moving a dive shop.
Once construction is complete, we'll do it again! As part of the new development, we've secured space for The Dive Bus to return, meaning we can continue doing what we love in Marie Pampoen, just as we always have.
As we say goodbye for now to our current location, we're excited to share that our temporary home is not too far away. Unfortunately, it's not as close to the sea as we're all used to, but that just means a bit more heavy lifting and bus driving for our crew! Follow social media for the big reveal of our new address, where you'll find us beginning 1 September 2026.
While our address is changing, guided shore dives, PADI courses, Independent Drive & Dive services, equipment rental, tank pick-ups and all other Dive Bus activities will continue as normal from our temporary location. There will be no interruption to scheduled diving operations during the transition, and our daily opening hours will remain the same: 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Of course, we will have to adapt a bit and we greatly appreciate your support as we navigate this transition. "This is simply a move around the corner, not a change in who we are or what we do," said owner Mark Pinnell. "Our guests can still expect the same seriously fun diving, small groups, friendly service, and professional support that The Dive Bus has become known for over the past 20 years."
The relocation marks a positive new chapter for The Dive Bus, which has been part of Curaçao's diving community for many years. The Dive Bus thanks its customers, team, partners and the local community for their continued support and looks forward to welcoming divers at its new, nearby location soon.
