The 5th edition of SHE Leads Conference in Curaçao

WILLEMSTAD - Everything is set for the 5th and final edition of the SHE Leads Conference in Curaçao. On May 29 and 30, more than 150 women will come together for transformation, connection, and personal and professional growth. The theme for 2026 is ‘BE(come)’, because every woman deserves to connect with the best version of herself and to fully and authentically be herself.

Silvetty de la Paz is the organizer of SHE Leads Conference and also this year’s main keynote speaker. Silvetty strongly believes in bringing leaders together and creating platforms for collaboration and connection. In this case, SHE Leads focuses on women and female leaders within our country and the region. Through her companies Nostra Growth and Fémina, she guides various local and international leaders in becoming the best version of themselves by maximizing their talents and potential.

Over the past year, our nation has witnessed many examples of how strong we are and what our people can create and achieve together. For this reason, SHE Leads Conference 2026 features a fully local yet exceptionally powerful lineup.
