SER Curaçao Meets with Dutch Representative in the Caribbean

WILLEMSTAD – The Sociaal Economische Raad Curaçao recently held a meeting with Gerbert Kunst during a visit to the council’s office in Willemstad.

The introductory meeting took place on February 26 at the request of Kunst and brought together the Dutch representative and the administrative staff of the advisory body to exchange views on current socio-economic issues affecting the island.

During the meeting, participants briefly discussed several ongoing socio-economic developments and expressed a shared interest in strengthening coordination and cooperation between the institutions.

Representing the Dutch delegation was Stefan Riezebos.

From the Social Economic Council, participants included Raul Henriquez along with senior advisors Irainety Copra, Miloushka Sboui-Racamy, Sharlyn Curial-Villarreal and Gianique Curiel.

According to the council, the meeting served as an initial step toward closer dialogue and collaboration on economic and social policy matters relevant to Curaçao and the wider Caribbean part of the Kingdom.
