WILLEMSTAD – The Permit Office of the Ministry of Governance, Planning and Public Services, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, is informing the public that the application period for the 2026–2027 School Transportation Program will begin on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
Starting July 1, parents and legal guardians may submit applications for school transportation services at the Permit Office in Saliña or at the Community Service Desk in Sambil.
Applicants wishing to visit the Community Service Desk at Sambil must first schedule an appointment through the government's online appointment system at sita.gobiernu.cw.
Applications can also be submitted online through the government's Digital Service Desk at loketdigital.gobiernu.cw.
Authorities remind applicants to provide a valid email address when completing the application to ensure they receive a confirmation email containing their application number.
The Permit Office is located at Saliña 127, Eurobuilding (next to Subway). Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
The Community Service Desk is located at Sambil Shopping Center, Unit L-21 (Cas Abou entrance) and operates during the same office hours: Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
