Local, | By Press release September 9, 2026

THE HAGUE - The Central Government Real Estate Agency (RVB) is continuing the sale of surplus defence housing on Curaçao. In 2024, the Ministry of Defence decided to dispose of the final 60 homes still owned on Aruba and Curaçao. The properties are located on Kaya Gusanio, Kaya Platio, and Kaya Katoentuin, in the Katoentuin neighborhood. They are four-bedroom, two-bathroom homes, all situated on spacious plots of land.

As in previous years, the sale will take place through a voluntary public auction before civil-law notary
Ms. Fung-A-Loi, or her deputy, in Curaçao.

The RVB is part of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK). The agency manages, purchases and sells surplus real estate in the Netherlands and the Caribbean when it is no longer required for central government purposes.
