WILLEMSTAD – A 35-year-old man has been arrested following a police raid early Wednesday morning as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged threats and the cultivation of marijuana plants.
According to the Curaçao Police Force (KPC), officers from the Organized Crime Division executed a judicial search warrant at a residence on Cabo Verdeweg at approximately 5:00 a.m. on July 1.
The operation was carried out as part of an investigation involving allegations of criminal threats and the cultivation of marijuana.
During the raid, police arrested U.D.R., 35, a Curaçao-born man.
The suspect was later brought before an assistant public prosecutor, who ordered his detention pending further investigation.
Police said the investigation remains ongoing.
