WILLEMSTAD - Orco Bank proudly supported the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) 2026, a leadership development program organized by Rotary Club Willemstad that empowers young people across Curaçao to strengthen their leadership skills, build confidence, and prepare for future success.
Held from June 12 till 14, RYLA brought together approximately 40 students between the ages of 14 and 18 for an intensive three-day program focused on leadership, teamwork, communication, integrity, and personal growth. Through interactive workshops, team-building activities, and mentorship from experienced professionals, participants were challenged to discover and develop their leadership potential.
