WILLEMSTAD - As families prepared for the start of the 2026–2027 school year, Orco Bank was proud to support Sentro pa Inovashon i Guia Edukashonal (SIGE) in its efforts to help children and young people begin the academic year with the educational support they needed.
Through the initiative, SIGE aimed to support 700 children, particularly those from families facing financial challenges. The support addressed important back-to-school needs, including school materials and other education-related expenses.
For Orco Bank, the back-to-school period is about more than returning to the classroom. It represents a new beginning and another opportunity for children to learn, develop and work toward their future. Having access to the right educational resources can make an important difference as they start a new school year.
The initiative also highlighted the importance of collective support. Orco Bank was pleased to join other sponsors and supporters in contributing to SIGE’s work and helping ease some of the challenges families may experience when preparing their children for school.
