WILLEMSTAD – Newly appointed education inspectors will undergo a structured training program to better prepare them for their roles within the Inspectorate of Education. The Council of Ministers has approved the action plan for the project “Leertraject startende onderwijsinspecteurs,” submitted by the Ministry of Education.
The training trajectory is designed to equip new inspectors with the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out their responsibilities effectively. During the program, participants will receive targeted training and professional guidance aimed at strengthening both their technical expertise and practical competencies.
The learning program will run through July 2026. Throughout this period, the starting inspectors will work on enhancing their understanding of educational standards, oversight procedures, and evaluation methods.
The initiative forms part of broader efforts to strengthen the quality and effectiveness of educational supervision on Curaçao.
