WILLEMSTAD – Ludmila Maria Vicento was officially sworn in on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, as Vice Chair of the Council of Advice of Curaçao.
The oath was administered by the Governor of Curaçao, His Excellency Mauritsz de Kort. Vicento’s appointment to the Council of Advice took effect on April 11.
The swearing-in ceremony was attended by members of the Council of Ministers, the Council of Advice, and Vicento’s family.
During the ceremony, Vicento formally took the oath before the Governor, with representatives of both the Council of Ministers and the Council of Advice present.
