WILLEMSTAD – Curaçao-based juice and ice cream producer Kortijn is rolling out new packaging for its FRESKU juice line, marking another step in the development of the locally produced brand.
The family-owned company, which operates its juice and ice cream factory in Brievengat, said consumers will begin seeing more FRESKU flavors in the redesigned packaging in the coming days.
Several months ago, Kortijn explained that its juices were temporarily being sold in plain, generic packaging while the company worked on a new design. Consumers had to check the top of the package to identify the flavor.
The company has now developed a more colorful and distinctive package intended to make the FRESKU brand immediately recognizable and help customers identify their preferred flavors more easily.
Kortijn described the introduction as an exciting moment for the family behind the company and encouraged consumers to watch for additional flavors as the new packaging gradually reaches the market.
The change is primarily a branding and presentation update, giving the locally manufactured juice line a more recognizable appearance on store shelves while maintaining the FRESKU name.
