WILLEMSTAD – Kiwanis clubs from across the Caribbean and Suriname convened in Curaçao over the weekend for a regional meeting focused on strengthening cooperation, expanding membership, and advancing community initiatives.
The Divisional Council Meeting brought together representatives from Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago. Participants discussed ongoing projects and exchanged experiences, with particular emphasis on programs aimed at supporting children and local communities.

Organizational challenges were also addressed, including financial constraints faced by some clubs, strategies for fundraising, and efforts to recruit and guide new members. The agenda further included discussions on the future of the organization, highlighted by presentations from emerging leaders within the region.
