WILLEMSTAD – The Joint Court of Justice officially launched a new website in October 2025 as part of broader efforts to improve accessibility and public communication.
The new platform, available at ghvj.org, represents the first phase of a larger modernization project. According to the Court, multilingual versions in English, Papiamentu and Papiamento are expected to follow in 2026.
Future expansions will include video content, more detailed legal information and accessibility improvements for users with hearing or visual impairments.
The Court says the redesign aims to make justice in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom more accessible and transparent for the public.
