WILLEMSTAD – The Council of Ministers has taken a series of decisions aimed at strengthening both environmental management and financial oversight in Curaçao.
Among the key measures is the creation of a working group for the sustainable management of Klein Curaçao, as well as Curaçao’s participation in a regional system designed to improve victim information during emergencies.
In addition, the government approved a progress report on the national anti-money laundering strategy, which will be submitted to regional authorities as part of ongoing compliance efforts.
Together, the decisions reflect a broader focus on governance, sustainability, and international cooperation across multiple sectors.
