WILLEMSTAD – The Ministry of Health, Environment and Nature (GMN) carried out insect control spraying on Wednesday in the Koredor area near Parasasa Beach.
The fumigation took place between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and was conducted by the Vector Control Department (THZ) to address insect nuisance in the area.
During the operation, temporary smoke was visible in the surrounding area as part of the spraying process.
According to the ministry, measures were taken to minimize inconvenience for residents and visitors. The public had been asked to take the activity into account during the scheduled hours.
The government thanked the public for its understanding and cooperation during the fumigation.
