Fortuna Ariba Residents Invited to Learn About EU-Funded Infrastructure Upgrade

WILLEMSTAD – The Government of Curaçao is inviting residents of Fortuna Ariba to an information session on Tuesday, September 8, to learn more about a planned infrastructure improvement project in their neighborhood.

The project will be carried out by the Government of Curaçao in cooperation with Fundashon Kas Popular (FKP) and financed with funding from the European Union.

During the information session, residents will receive more details about the planned construction work, how the project will be implemented, its expected duration and the possible impact on the Fortuna Ariba community.

The project will be supervised by Curaçao's Public Works Service and FKP. MNO Vervat has been appointed as the contractor responsible for carrying out the work.

The information session will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, at the parking area near the intersection of Kaya Fishtail and Kaya Latania.

Residents will also have an opportunity to ask questions about the project and its implementation.

The government is encouraging residents of Fortuna Ariba to attend the meeting so they can be informed about the upcoming work and how it could affect the neighborhood.
