WILLEMSTAD – Large-scale maintenance work on the system of telecommunications provider Flow has taken longer than initially scheduled. The company confirmed the delay in a press release issued this week.

According to Flow, the maintenance is now in its final phase and is required to enable a major internal system migration, known as the Core Migration. The upgrade is intended to modernize the company’s core systems and support long-term improvements in service delivery on Curaçao.

“With this upgrade, the company aims to structurally improve its services on Curaçao,” Flow stated. The migration is expected to enhance system stability and performance once fully completed.

Flow acknowledged that some customers may still be experiencing service disruptions. Customers who continue to encounter issues are encouraged to contact the company through the usual customer service numbers for assistance.

The telecom provider has also issued apologies via its social media channels for the inconvenience caused and thanked customers for their patience during the extended maintenance period.
