WILLEMSTAD – Individuals seeking to register for Curaçao's Rib’e Lugá program have until Saturday, October 31, 2026, to submit their applications, as the initiative enters its final week of registration. Organizers are urging eligible applicants, including families with children, not to miss the deadline.
In an announcement issued Tuesday, October 27, the Rib’e Lugá team confirmed that the registration period will close at the end of this week, with no further registration dates announced.

To qualify for consideration, applicants must have been physically present in Curaçao before November 13, 2025, and must meet the program's applicable eligibility requirements.
The organizers emphasized that children can also be registered and that minors are given priority within the Rib’e Lugá process.
Individuals who believe they meet the requirements but have not yet submitted an application are strongly encouraged to complete their registration before the deadline.
The program also offers flexibility for applicants who are still waiting to receive certain required documents. According to the organizers, individuals may begin the registration process even if some documentation is not yet available.
Once the missing documents have been obtained, they can be submitted by email to info@ribeluga.cw.

Those who need assistance can schedule an appointment with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), which provides free help with the registration process at its office at Hoogstraat 18–22 in Otrobanda.

Additionally, individuals who prefer to register in person will have a final opportunity on Saturday, October 31, at the Admission Service (Servisio di Atmishon) building in Punda.
The Rib’e Lugá team stressed the importance of following the registration instructions carefully and providing accurate information and the necessary documentation.
Applicants are advised not to wait until the final day, as incomplete information or difficulties obtaining documents could complicate the registration process.
