WILLEMSTAD – Eric’s Action Tours will relocate its activities after reaching an agreement with the developers of Tierra del Mar Resort over a dispute involving the use of government land.
According to multiple reports, the company will cease operations at its current location no later than April 1 as part of the settlement.
Under the agreement, Eric’s Action Tours has been granted a temporary alternative site along Koraal Spechtweg. The arrangement also includes support to help cover relocation costs.
The company will continue its operations from the new location while finalizing the transition in the coming period.
The resolution brings an end to the dispute, allowing both parties to move forward with their respective plans.
