WILLEMSTAD – ENNIA has launched a new insurance concept aimed specifically at businesses in Curaçao’s hospitality sector, combining business protection with additional insurance benefits for employees.
The new concept, called “Protect More. Get More.,” was presented during an event for members of the Curaçao Hospitality and Tourism Association (CHATA) on September 17.

Under the slogan “Protect your business, and give your people more,” ENNIA combines several types of coverage designed to protect hospitality businesses against risks such as fire and business interruption, liability, workplace accidents and damage involving company vehicles.
Businesses can select the types of coverage that best match their individual operations and risks.
Employees of participating companies can also benefit from discounts on several personal insurance products, including car, home, household contents and travel insurance. Collective pension insurance and Medimigra are also available as additional products.
During the launch, ENNIA representatives and hospitality entrepreneurs discussed risks that businesses can sometimes overlook in their day-to-day operations. Examples included kitchen fires, theft, workplace accidents and liability arising from food-related incidents.
ENNIA’s Corporate Sales Team will work directly with entrepreneurs to assess their operations and identify risks across their businesses.
“With Protect More. Get More., we help hospitality entrepreneurs look beyond their daily operations and assess their risks in an integrated way,” ENNIA insurance specialist Ilona Rojer said.
ENNIA said the initiative is also intended to strengthen its relationship with Curaçao’s hospitality industry, which represents an important pillar of the island’s economy.
The insurer said that by combining business protection with benefits for employees, it aims to address not only the financial risks faced by hospitality companies but also the well-being of the people working in the sector.
