WILLEMSTAD – Dutch hospitality certification institute SVH has entered into a strategic partnership with Teamwork Caribbean to make internationally recognized hospitality training more accessible throughout the Dutch Caribbean.
The collaboration marks the launch of the Teamwork Hospitality Academy, a new educational platform serving hospitality professionals across the BES islands and the countries of Curaçao, Aruba and Sint Maarten.
SVH, which has been the Netherlands' leading hospitality certification and knowledge institute for more than 60 years, will provide participants with access to an extensive online learning environment featuring over 50 e-learning courses in both Dutch and English.
Ricardo Eshuis, Managing Director of SVH Netherlands, said the organization is excited about expanding its educational reach into the Caribbean.

Combined with Teamwork Caribbean's classroom training and workplace coaching, the academy offers what organizers describe as a blended learning experience that links online education directly to practical application on the job.
The partnership reflects the growing emphasis on workforce development within the Caribbean's tourism sector as hotels, restaurants and other hospitality businesses seek to improve service quality while creating clearer career pathways for employees.
According to Teamwork Caribbean, the academy is now fully operational and accepting companies and hospitality professionals seeking certified training throughout the region.
