WILLEMSTAD – Domeinbeheer (Property Management) has announced that additional appointments will become available starting Monday, September 21, 2026, for people with existing cases currently being handled by the agency.
Anyone with an existing case linked to a POVO number can request an appointment to obtain information about the status of an application or make changes to an existing request.
Appointments can be made in person or by telephone through the Vergunningenloket in Saliña or the Samenlevingsloket at Sambil by calling +5999 433 3123. Appointments can also be scheduled online through the government's appointment system at sita.gobiernu.cw.
Applicants must provide their 10-digit POVO number, name, valid identification number from a sédula or passport, telephone number and email address when scheduling an appointment.
Domeinbeheer emphasized that the additional appointments are specifically intended for existing cases. During the appointment, applicants can receive information about the status of their application and discuss possible changes to their request.

People seeking general information can continue to visit the Domeinbeheer office without an appointment. This includes people who want information about submitting a new application, providing additional documents for an existing application, understanding general procedures or determining which documents are required.
The Domeinbeheer office, part of the Ministry of Traffic, Transportation and Urban Planning (VVRP), is located at Scharlooweg 33. Walk-in service is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to noon and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

VVRP and the Ministry of Governance, Planning and Services are asking applicants to cooperate by attending their scheduled appointments. Only one appointment per person is permitted.
