CX Pay Introduces New Brand Identity After Ten Years of Growth

Local, | By Press release August 10, 2026

New look reflects a decade of processing payments for merchants across the Caribbean and Americas

WILLEMSTAD - CX Pay, the payments partner for merchants across Latin America and the Caribbean, announced a new brand. After a decade of processing payments across the region, CX Pay felt it was time for a brand that matched its scale. The new brand comes with a new tagline: "Global payments. Delivered locally."

"We're not a company trying to find our feet anymore," said David Levy Maduro, Co-Founder and Managing Director of CX Pay. "We've been processing payments for over ten years, we're in 30+ islands and countries, and we work with far bigger financial institutions than before. It's a more serious logo for a more serious company heading into the future."

Nothing changes about how or when payments reach merchants' accounts. Payments are received the same way, on the same schedule, as before. What's changing is how CX Pay looks and talks about itself.

Since 2016, CX Pay has worked with many merchants, processed almost $ 800 million and handled almost 8.3 million transactions, across 30+ territories. CX Pay works with over 23 financial institutions and processes 15+ currencies across 6 regions.

The new brand is live across CX Pay's social media and website. More updates will follow in the coming weeks.
