WILLEMSTAD – Curaçao welcomed 79,763 stayover visitors in March 2026, marking a 10 percent increase compared to the same month last year, according to the Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB).

The figures reflect continued demand for the island as a destination across multiple source markets. The majority of visitors—90 percent—traveled for leisure, while smaller groups visited friends and relatives or came for business purposes.

Visitors stayed an average of 7.8 nights, indicating sustained engagement with the local economy. According to CTB, this contributes to steady activity in sectors such as accommodations, restaurants, transportation, and tours.

The tourism authority noted that overall performance for March met expectations and emphasized its ongoing efforts to monitor visitor trends to support sustainable and balanced growth.
