Individuals who held a valid Prekario permit in 2026 and have not lost their permit rights will be eligible to register and make their payments online beginning November 2.
The online registration and payment system will be accessible through the official website, prekario.vvrp.cw.
The government emphasized that this initial registration opportunity applies to existing permit holders who have maintained their rights from the previous Carnival season.
In addition to the online service, the Prekario office will open its doors to the public on Monday, November 9, 2026.
The office will operate from the World Trade Center in Piscadera, where applicants can receive assistance with matters related to Carnival permits.
Opening hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Prekario team encourages eligible permit holders to make use of the available registration and payment services as preparations for Carnival 2027 continue.

The government has not yet announced registration arrangements for individuals seeking a Prekario permit for the first time.
The announcement marks another step in the administrative preparations for Carnival 2027, providing existing permit holders with the opportunity to arrange their stands and viewing platforms ahead of the festivities.
