WILLEMSTAD – Curaçao is hosting the CANOC Assembly 2026 this weekend, welcoming more than 100 international delegates for a gathering focused on regional sporting cooperation and development.
The assembly brings together representatives associated with the Caribbean Association of National Olympic Committees (CANOC), providing an opportunity to discuss matters affecting sports organizations across the Caribbean.

The event also strengthens Curaçao's position as a destination for international conferences and sporting meetings.
Several delegations and international visitors are expected to arrive on the island during the weekend.
Additional security measures will be implemented in connection with the assembly, reinforcing the regular operations of the Curaçao Police Force (KPC).
The measures are intended to maintain a safe and orderly environment for delegates, visitors, and the local community.
Hosting the assembly provides Curaçao with an opportunity to strengthen its relationships within the Caribbean sporting community and showcase its facilities and hospitality to international representatives.
