Curaçao Council of Ministers Reviews Electoral Council’s 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements

WILLEMSTAD – The Curaçao Council of Ministers has taken note of the 2025 annual report and financial statements of the Electoral Council of Curaçao.

The documents were presented to the Council of Ministers by the Minister of Administration, Planning and Services (BPD) and were discussed as part of the government's decisions taken on Wednesday, October 7.

The annual report and financial statements provide an account of the Electoral Council's activities and finances during 2025, a year in which Curaçao held parliamentary elections on March 21.

According to the government announcement published on October 9, the Council of Ministers formally took note of the documents. No further details were provided about their contents, financial results or any recommendations made by the Electoral Council.

The government also did not indicate whether the documents will be submitted to Curaçao Parliament or made publicly available.
