WILLEMSTAD – CPost International officially presented its new “Blue Wave” commemorative stamp to the Governor of Curaçao during a formal visit at the Governor’s Palace this week.
The presentation took place on Wednesday, May 6, when CPost CEO Jervhes Josephia, accompanied by Samuel Nicholas, Director of Business Development, Retail and Philately at CPost, and Jean Francisca of Federashon Futbol Korsou, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Maurits de Kort.
During the meeting, Josephia formally handed over the “Blue Wave” stamp to the Governor, marking the official presentation of the special philatelic release.
While details about the theme and significance of the stamp were not disclosed, the presentation highlights CPost’s continued role in promoting national identity and commemorating important cultural and social themes through philately.
The visit also underscored collaboration between CPost and national organizations, including the football federation, in initiatives aimed at celebrating Curaçao’s achievements and identity.
