WILLEMSTAD – Corendon Dutch Airlines will operate special flights from Curaçao to match cities during this summer’s FIFA World Cup, supporting travel for fans following the Curaçao national team.
The airline announced that the flights will be carried out using one of its Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft. While Corendon currently operates three aircraft of this type, it has not yet confirmed which specific plane will be based in Curaçao or when it will be deployed.
The selected aircraft will feature a special livery designed to support and promote the Curaçao national team during the tournament.
The flights will connect Curaçao with the cities where the team will play, offering supporters a direct travel option during the World Cup period. All flights will be operated under Corendon’s own flight numbers.
The initiative comes as interest continues to grow around Curaçao’s participation in the tournament, with fans expected to travel in large numbers to support the team on the international stage.
