WILLEMSTAD – Cpost has implemented a series of improvements to its community mailbox system across Curaçao following recommendations from a customer satisfaction survey conducted among residents who use the service.
The improvements were highlighted in an evaluation carried out by Fundashon pa Konsumidó, which reported observing several visible changes during a recent inspection of the community boxes.
According to the consumer organization, the adjustments were made in response to feedback gathered from residents living in neighborhoods where the community mailbox facilities have been installed.
Fundashon pa Konsumidó stated that discussions with the management of Cpost contributed to the implementation of measures aimed at making the community mailbox system more user-friendly and efficient for consumers.
The organization did not specify all of the modifications that were made but noted that the changes were clearly noticeable during its evaluation.
Community mailboxes have become an important part of postal service delivery in several neighborhoods across Curaçao, providing residents with centralized locations to receive mail and parcels.
Fundashon pa Konsumidó said it will continue monitoring developments related to the postal service and remains committed to advocating for further improvements that benefit consumers.
The organization emphasized the importance of maintaining an ongoing dialogue between service providers and users to ensure that public services continue to meet the needs and expectations of the community.
The evaluation comes as Cpost continues efforts to modernize and improve its postal services throughout the island.
