WILLEMSTAD – Prime Minister Gilmar Pisas is inviting the public to sign a condolence register for former President of the Republic of Suriname, Chandrikapersad Santokhi, as a gesture of sympathy and solidarity with his family and the Surinamese people.
The condolence register has been opened at the Consulate General of Suriname, located at Kaya Jacob Posner 11, Expo Center, Zeelandia, Unit 108 in Willemstad. It will be available for signing between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Prime Minister Pisas is encouraging all citizens to take the opportunity to pay their respects and honor Santokhi’s legacy, noting his dedicated service to his country.
