WILLEMSTAD – The Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) has honored six employees for reaching significant milestones in their service to the Government of Curaçao, recognizing their long-standing dedication and contribution to the country's statistical agency.
Sean de Boer and Arnold Rooi were recognized for 30 years of government service, while Lorette Ford, Glenda Varlack, Roeland Dreischor and Vanessa Valks were honored for 25 years of service.

During their years at CBS, the six employees witnessed numerous developments and changes within the organization. They adapted to new working methods, contributed to various projects and research initiatives, and shared their knowledge and experience with colleagues.
According to CBS, each employee has made an individual contribution to the organization's operations and development. Their work, perseverance and sense of responsibility have helped CBS continue providing Curaçao with reliable, objective and relevant statistical information.
During the ceremony, attention was given not only to the number of years the employees had served, but also to the people and careers behind those milestones.
Marshandly Helmijr, interim Secretary-General of the Ministry of Governance, Planning and Public Service, received the employees and recognized their dedication and years of service. He presented each of them with a certificate of appreciation.
The ceremony also provided an opportunity to reflect on their careers, the different positions they have held and the experiences and friendships they have developed over the years.
The Government of Curaçao and CBS expressed their appreciation to all six employees for their commitment, contributions and many years of service to the government, particularly their work at the Central Bureau of Statistics.
