WILLEMSTAD – The Prekario 2026 Team has informed all prekario permit holders who constructed stands or scaffolding along the Carnival route that they must dismantle and completely remove all structures no later than Sunday, February 22, 2026, before 3:00 p.m.
If the required removal does not take place within the stated deadline, the permit holder will lose their prekario permit for Carnival. This means they will not be eligible to apply for a prekario permit for Carnival 2027.
The Tim di Prekario is calling on the cooperation of all permit holders to ensure a safe and orderly conclusion of Carnival-related activities.
