TUI launches expanded flight schedule to ABC Islands

SCHIPHOL - The ABC islands, comprising Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao, continue to be highly sought-after destinations among Dutch vacationers. Recognizing the demand, TUI, a leading travel company, is making further investments in flights to and from the Caribbean region. This winter season, TUI will increase its flight offerings with a total of 14 weekly flights departing from Schiphol Airport to the ABC islands. Notably, Curaçao will be serviced twice daily, while Bonaire will receive five weekly flights, and Aruba will be visited thrice weekly.

In order to ensure the efficient operation of these expanded flight services, TUI has recently expanded its team by recruiting 18 new local cabin crew members in Curaçao. These new recruits possess not only fluency in Dutch but also proficiency in Papiamento, the local language. With the addition of these talented individuals, TUI now boasts a dedicated group of approximately 60 local cabin crew members specifically trained to serve the routes connecting to and from the ABC islands.

The decision to enhance flight connections to the ABC islands aligns with TUI's commitment to meeting the travel demands of Dutch vacationers seeking warm Caribbean getaways. By expanding its flight schedule, TUI aims to provide greater accessibility and flexibility for travelers, allowing them to experience the unique charms and beauty of each island.

The increased frequency of flights to Curaçao, Bonaire, and Aruba not only offers more options for travelers but also brings a positive boost to the local economies. The ABC islands rely heavily on tourism, and the influx of Dutch visitors contributes to the region's growth and development.
