WILLEMSTAD - KLM subsidiary Cygnific will open a new branch in Curaçao on Friday. The location will start with twelve employees who will assist KLM customers in the Dutch market in the field of complaint handling.

The team consists of local employees with a 'team lead' from Cygnific Netherlands. The training of the employees is also provided by a training specialist from the Netherlands. Based on the evaluation of the start-up phase, it is decided to further expand the Curaçao branch in number of employees and in diversity of activities.

Cygnific is a subsidiary of KLM. They organize customer contact for worldwide customers through all possible channels: telephone, social media, chat and mail. Cygnific has teams in Amsterdam, Enschede, London, Manila and now Curaçao. They work for airlines such as KLM, Air France and Delta Airlines.
