EZ Air does not refund money in case of cancellation

According to EZ Air, the airline always offers to take another flight later. But if you don't want that, you have lost your money or you will be fined on your ticket, according to Unkobon.

According to Unkobon, EZ-Air does not comply with this legal obligation, even after the association had addressed EZ-Air about this. “This company has shown itself to be extremely unfriendly towards the customer by stubbornly refusing to refund money for canceled" non-refundable tickets for over a year.

According to the government, the cancellation of flights due to covid restrictions is part of the airline's business risk and should not be passed on to the customer.

The organization thinks this is scandalous because the cancellation is not the passenger's fault. Unkobon calls on victims to report to the union.
