WILLEMSTAD - The Curaçao Restaurant Association (CRA) has a new manager as of August 16. Xandra Hutten will replace Egon Sybrandy.

Sybrandy, business director of the CRA since 1 July 2020, has decided to resign from his position. The organization says it is very happy with everything Sybrandy has done for the hospitality sector, but respects his choice to stop.

The CRA has chosen to continue with Xandra Hutten as Business Development Manager. Van Hutten has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry where she started as a hostess and then continued to develop into the a General Manager of a hotel in Curaçao.

The organization confirms that Xandra's duties and responsibilities will eventually be expanded to become director of the CRA.

Van Hutten will work with Sybrandy until the end of the month to ensure a good takeover of the work.
