WILLEMSTAD - Restaurant managers of the Curaçao Restaurant Association (CRA) received a workshop on coaching leadership this morning, in the La Belle Alliance room of the Avila beach hotel.

The workshop is given as part of the Restaurant Manager Program in which managers receive additional training in six sessions. The first two training sessions were given by Angela Fukur of Teamwork Curaçao.

The interactive workshops are organized monthly and are intended to further raise the level of managers. In addition to coaching leadership, successful customer service, cost price calculation and conflict handling are also on the program.

The CRA offers the courses at a low rate in order to train as many managers as possible, non-member participants are also welcome.
