Corendon to increase flights to Curaçao to five times a week this winter

SCHIPHOL - Corendon is set to increase its flights from Schiphol to Curaçao to five times a week during the upcoming winter season. This move brings the tour operator and airline into competition with KLM and TUI, who also offer flights on the same route, according to Luchtvaartnieuws.nl.

For these flights, Corendon will lease an Airbus A350-900 from the Spanish airline World2Fly. The aircraft will have 432 seats, all in economy class. The inaugural flight to Curaçao is scheduled for November 3.

The A350 will be adorned with Corendon's distinctive branding and will feature special markings to promote Curaçao. Corendon plans to unveil further details about these expansion plans during a press conference in Curaçao later today.
