Corendon considers flying to Curaçao independently

WILLEMSTAD - There are indications that Corendon may start flying to Curaçao this year using its own aircraft. According to information obtained from credible sources, the travel organization has been unable to secure increased seat capacity from KLM.

Currently, Corendon collaborates with KLM, purchasing 120 seats daily. However, due to the growth of the tour operator, there is a need for additional seats.

The media has received an invitation for a press conference on May 22, mentioning new flight opportunities to Curaçao. This suggests that Corendon might deploy its own aircraft, leading to increased competition and potentially benefiting ticket prices.

Corendon has refrained from providing comments and stated that it will await the press conference for further information.
