WILLEMSTAD - The Social and Economic Council (SER) recently received the book "Stop the Silence. This leading work, aimed at promoting integrity and safety in the workplace, was handed over to drs. Raul Henriquez, director and general secretary of the SER. Initiators Ms. Karin Bosman and Mr. Frank Peters of Report App, have created a practical and influential tool for executives and directors with this book.
The presentation of the book follows a series of initiatives around social safety, including the successful Masterclass Social Safety in Conversation, initiated by Afas Curaçao in September this year. This event provided a platform for the exchange of ideas and experiences on the importance of a safe workplace, which ties in directly with the mission of the book.
'Stop the Silence' symbolizes an innovative approach to dealing with workplace issues. It combines the extensive knowledge and experience of Bosman and Peters with a clear, applicable methodology. This makes the book not only a reflection of their expertise, but also a practical guide to creating a better work environment.
The role of the SER, as an advisory body on social and economic issues, is essential in spreading the message of "Stop the Silence”. The book serves as a crucial guide for leaders pursuing a transparent and safe work environment. With the support of the SER, the topic of social safety in the workplace will be prominently highlighted, contributing to a positive change in Curaçao's work culture.
