WILLEMSTAD - The Ministry of Finance is looking for a new project manager for the renovation of the tax office building. This is evident from local advertisements of the ministry. The new project manager must meet a number of requirements.
The intention is that the tax office building can be fully used again. To realize this, a public tender has been issued to provide a new project manager. It is still unclear how many hours it will be.
According to the Ministry, the new project manager must meet a number of requirements. It must be a legal entity established in Curaçao and registered with the Chamber of Commerce. When registering, it must be indicated which hourly rate the person would like to earn.
In addition, there must be at least three years of work experience in project management for renovation projects and there must be sufficient financial and economic support. The ministry also wants the tenderer to have a higher professional education diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Business Administration or an equivalent diploma and knowledge of local laws and regulations.
