England extradites gang member No Limit Soldiers

LONDON - England extradited a member of the No Limit Soldiers to the Netherlands last Friday. The man must stand trial in the Themis II investigation, which deals with drug trafficking, money laundering and various murders committed in Curaçao, Sint Maarten, and the Netherlands.  

 

The extradition process of suspect C.S.H. lasted about two years. With the arrest of C.S.H. has completed the other part of the Themis investigation that is currently underway.  

 

Part of the Themis I study had already been completed. Four suspects have been convicted. Two of the suspects have appealed their verdict. The hearing of the Themis II case on appeal will take place this week in Curaçao.  

 

The Themis case deals with various criminal activities of the NLS gang in Curaçao and St. Maarten. According to the Public Prosecution Service, the criminal organization has long been involved in drug trafficking and money laundering and is responsible for several deaths that have occurred in Curaçao, St. Maarten, and in the Netherlands.  

 

The Themis case began with an investigation into criminal offenses that have taken place in recent years in various countries of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and beyond. A team of investigators was set up, especially for this investigation, consisting of members of the police of Curaçao, St. Maarten, Aruba, and RST. This investigation team is led by the Public Prosecution Service in Curaçao and St. Maarten.
