CTB Presents Its Product Department Plan to Stakeholders

WILLEMSTAD – Curaçao Tourist Board’s (CTB) department responsible for product development and management recently presented its action plan to partners in both the public and private sectors. The session aimed to share priorities for the remainder of the year, strengthen collaboration, and enhance Curaçao’s tourism product through quality, sustainability, and authentic visitor experiences. The session brought together 46 participants representing 30 stakeholder organizations, including government entities, private sector partners, and NGO’s.

During the presentation, the department outlined its strategic direction and core responsibilities in product development and management. A recap was provided of key initiatives executed in 2025 and the first quarter of 2026. CTB also introduced stakeholders to upcoming projects planned for the remainder of 2026. Key initiatives include the launch of the Neighborhood Experiential Tourism Program, the expansion of the Quality Assurance Program, and the continuation of targeted training sessions. Further efforts will focus on education, visitor safety, infrastructure improvements, and environmental projects.

CTB emphasized its commitment to ongoing engagement with stakeholders through similar sessions designed to align strategies, address challenges, and identify new opportunities for the destination. Central to these efforts is a continued focus on preserving Curaçao’s cultural heritage, fostering sustainable development, and ensuring a positive impact on the local community.
