WILLEMSTAD - The Security Service of Curaçao is still without a director. A management team is currently in charge, says Prime Minister Rhuggenaath.

The Service has been under a magnifying glass since 2010, when the former head of the VDC, Edsel Gumbs, was dismissed by former Prime Minister Gerrit Schotte.

His successor, Michael Römer, has been gone from the service since May 2017.

The Prime Minister announced that at the moment, a reorganization is taking place.
