Rutte does not want to comment on Gerrit Schotte

WILLEMSTAD - The Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte did not want to say anything about the conviction of former Prime Minister Gerrit Schotte during the press conference after the Bon Bini for Business summit.

Rutte also had to deal with Schotte in the past. Schotte even visited the Rutte as Prime Minister. The former Prime Minister was imprisoned at the beginning of December after a sentenced to 3 years in prison due to, among other things, official corruption.

According to Rutte, Rhuggenaath and Schotte are two different persons and he believes that politicians should stay away from commenting on this type of issues. According to the Dutch Prime Minister, this is a case of the Public Prosecution Service and judges.
