WILLEMSTAD - Shariëngela Cijntje is the new Miss Universe Curaçao 2021. Cijntje won the 58th edition on Saturday night out of 8 participants in the Ballroom Hall of the Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort.

Second place went to Alexandra Atalita and Giurvienka Seraus was third. Coming December, Shariëngela will represent Curaçao at Miss Universe 2021 in Eilat, Israel. Shariëngela was born in Rotterdam in 1993 and studied law at the University of Leiden after Radulphus College. She also released the e-book "Release Your Amazon" on Women's Day.
