Blue NAP Americas names Danilo Zabala as new CEO

WILLEMSTAD - Blue NAP Americas, one of the most advanced multi-tenant Tier-IV certified data centers in the Americas, has appointed Danilo Zabala as its new chief executive officer, effective June 1st. Continuity of the company’s course has been the preference in this transition. Therefore, rather than hire an outsider that may bring too many changes, the board of directors of Blue NAP Americas made the decision to promote their Chief Commercial Officer to the CEO position seeing that he is a vetted insider that can be trusted to steer the ship without veering off its current course.

Since taking over the CCO position in 2016, Danilo Zabala has been a key figure in attracting some of the world’s most important companies to Blue NAP Americas. He has built strong relationships with government institutions and commercial banks that have also joined the Blue NAP Americas portfolio of clients. Danilo’s leadership on the commercial front has been vital to brand Blue NAP Americas as a world-class data center.

“As the new CEO of Blue NAP Americas, I want to ensure our customers that they can continue to expect the same level of service and unwavering commitment to the highest standards in technology, safety and security outside the U.S.,” said Danilo Zabala, the new CEO of Blue NAP Americas. “It is our vision to become a primary gateway for network traffic between the US and Latin America and we will accomplish our mission by complying to the highest of international standards.”
