WILLEMSTAD - Zheng Restaurant, located on Corriweg, was compelled to cease its operations last Friday following an unannounced inspection conducted by a multidisciplinary team.
During the inspection, several alarming issues were discovered in the restaurant's kitchen. Inspectors found flies on chicken and meat, and while vegetables were stored in containers on the floor, this still raised sanitation concerns. Additionally, it was revealed that the kitchen staff had not undergone health screenings as mandated by the Ministry of Health.
