WILLEMSTAD - A man who deliberately hit his partner with a vehicle will not be arrested by the police. The incident took place in the Seru Fortuna area. The lady was taken to the hospital.

The two had a fight, after which the man got into his car and hit her. According to the police, the woman refuses to file a complaint and that is why they can’t do anything. Police officers say that something like this happens more often in marital quarrels.
